Our clients tasked us with transforming a dated 80's brick veneer home into a modern coastal haven. Despite its stunning ocean views, the home wasn't making the most of its potential. The residence was already near the maximum floor space ratio, limiting our ability to expand.  We focused on reconfiguring the existing spaces to enhance functionality and promote a contemporary lifestyle.
