This crisp modern home has distinguished itself from the quintessential beach house. Employing brickwork, glossy carpentry and metals to counteract the harsh coastal elements, expansive coastline views are captured and embraced by the minimalist design deliberately oriented to the east. Working within budget, the relaxed concept was constructed by Souter Constructions in 2016. An ambience of relaxed warmth is embraced by the home, balancing contemporary, beachside living and comfort.
