Constructed in 2019 by BORA Developments, this modern coastal home was designed to meet the needs of a large growing family whilst maintaining privacy. With a focus on the pool at the centre of the home, a seamless thread between indoor and outdoor living was sewn by incorporating expansive glass. The clients had a desire for the design to create relaxed and sophisticated multipurpose areas downstairs to encourage family interaction in open plan and light filled spaces. Balancing modern monochrome colours with warm textured materials and simple lines, this home is the product of the perfect combination of finesse with family living.
