A once in a lifetime experience for us to design and build our own home and we couldn't be happier. Adam and South Coast Building Design were the perfect choice, meeting all the challenges that our block and council threw at us. From stormwater to flood levels, Adam knew the right experts to deal with to get our DA approved. He is easy to communicate with and had an excellent working relationship with our builder which made the whole process a smooth one.

We have ended up with a stunning home inside and out, which will see us well into the future, able to accommodate our independent children, potential in-law accommodation and our own retirement. The flexibility our new home offers us going forward is endless. There is nothing we would change which speaks volumes for the design!
